Arun Kumar is Chairman Special Tribunal, 24 other officers transferred

Jammu, Monday 08 – Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah ordered following transfers and postings in administration.
1. Dr. Arun Kumar awaiting orders of adjustment after his return from study leave is posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal relieving Financial Commissioner, Revenue of the additional charge of the post.
2. Mr. Ashok Kumar Angurana, Principal Secretary to Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department is transferred and posted as Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi relieving Additional Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi of the additional charge of the post.
3. Mr. Mehboob Iqbal awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department is posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
4. Mr. G. R. Ghani, Secretary in the Planning and Development Department is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Transport Department relieving Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department of the additional charge of the post.
5. Khawaja Farooq Ahmad Renzu, Director, Local Bodies, Kashmir holding additional charge of Director, Information, J&K is transferred and posted as Director, Information, J&K on full time basis.
6. Mr. Guldev Raj Bhagat, Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar is transferred and posted as Secretary in the Planning and Development Department vice Mr. G. R. Ghani.
7. Mr. Saurabh Bhagat, Special Secretary to Government, Information Technology Department and ex-officio Chief Executive Officer, JKeGA is transferred and posted as Director, Technical Education Department, J&K Vice Mr. Ajeet Kumar Sahu.
8. Mr. Ajeet Kumar Sahu, Director Technical Education Department, J&K is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Poonch vice Mr. Kuldip Lal Khajuria.
9. Mr. Saugat Biswas, Additional Secretary in the Governor’s Secretariat and ex-officio Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amaranth Ji Shrine Board is recalled and posted as Additional Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.
10. Mr. S. A. Laherwal, Director General, Youth Services and Sports is transferred and posted as OSD in the Transport Department. One post of common pool is transferred to the Transport Department for drawal of his salary.
11. Mr. Mohammad Afzal Bhat, Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama is transferred and posted as Director Local Bodies, Kashmir vice Mr. Farooq Ahmed Renzu.
12. Mr. Shafaat Noor Barlas, Director, Employment, J&K is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama vice Mr. Mohammad afzal Bhat.
13. Mr. Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, Vice Chairman, Srinagar Development Authority is recalled and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag vice Mr. Jaipal Singh.
14. Mrs. Dilshad Khan, Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal is transferred and posted as Vice-Chairperson, Srinagar Development Authority.
15. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Mir, Special Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal vice Mrs. Dilshad Khan.
16. Mr. Jaipal Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag is transferred and posted ad Director, youth Services and Sports.
17. Mr. Kuldip Lal Khajuria, Deputy Commissioner Poonch is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Hosing and Urban Development Department vice Mr. Showkat Ahmad Mir.
18. Mrs. Yasha Mudgal, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhaderwah is transferred and posted as Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan against an available vacancy.
19. Mr. Shyam Vinod Meena, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhawan-Katra, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhaderwah vice Mrs. Yasha Mudgal.
20. Mr. Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Director, Libraries, Jammu is transferred and posted as Project Director, Rashtriya Madhamik Shiksha Abhiyan. Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K shall hold the additional charge of the post of Director, Libraries, J&K till further orders.
21. Mr. Mohammad Hussain Malik, Director, Area Planning and ex-officio Special Secretary to Government, Planning and Development Department is transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar vice Mr. Guldev Raj Bhagat.
22. Dr. Abdul Rashid awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department is posted as Director Employment, J&K vice Mr. Shafaat Noor Barlas.
23. Mr. Farooq Ahmad Lone, Joint Director, Information, Kashmir is transferred and posted as Director, Agriculture, Kashmir relieving Director Horticulture, Kashmir of the additional Charge of the Post.
24. Mr. Pawan Kumar, Assistant Commissioner, Nazool, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bhawan-Katra vice Mr. Shyam Vinod Meena.
25. Mrs. Anu Behl, awaiting orders of adjustment in the Revenue Department after her stop-gap placement on a higher post, is transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner, Nazool, Jammu in her own pay and grade vice Mr. Pawan Kumar.
